The strategy in which we chill the fruit and extend the duration of the lowest daily temperature during the ripening of the apple allows us to achieve a more intense color with the Gala variety. From our water factory, with a sprinkler system, clean, drinkable and cold water, we treat in the coldest part of the night.
The company was founded in 2008, and we are producing apples. At first, we had an area of 19 hectares, and since two years ago we made another 15 hectares, so now, our apples are spreading on area of 34 hectares, with this year’s production of 1500 tones crops.
